About Me

Ellen Martin, ARNP FNP-BC brings over 40 years of nursing experience with her in caring for patients, with background in Home Health, Hospice, and Skilled Facility care, both as a beside nurse/provider and in Administration. Ellen’s first love is Geriatrics and believes in partnering with her patients to meet healthy, person-centered goals.

Ellen earned her degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner in from Graceland University in Independence, MO, and her RN degree from Weber State University, in Utah. . She is Board Certified through ANCC.

Ellen was raised on a farm and owned a working cattle ranch in Montana that taught her respect for both medical and natural healing modalities. She practices Holistic care assessing and meeting the needs of the whole patient, not just the diagnosis.
