Kristyn C. Huffman, DNP

About Me

Kristyn C. Huffman, Doctor of Nursing Practice and Board Certified Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner, believes in providing patients with holistic care through individualized medicine. Kristyn’s care is guided by Evidence Based Practice in order to provide our community members with the most up to date healthcare. Her primary concerns are patient safety and to foster positive patient health outcomes.

Kristyn has over six years of medical experience treating acute and chronic illnesses across the lifespan. Dr. Huffman has experience caring for the geriatric population through Home Health, working in the Emergency Department of a Level 1 Trauma hospital, and as a ambulance-based Critical Care Transport nurse.

Kristyn received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2012 and her Doctor of Nursing Practice in 2017 from The University of Arizona in Tucson, Arizona. She moved to Seattle last year after deciding it was time to trade cactus for evergreens. Kristyn loves enjoying the beautiful outdoors, exploring everything the PNW has to offer, and experiencing new food and culture.
